Multnomah Falls is a waterfall on the Oregon side of the Columbia River Gorge in the USA. The falls drop in two major steps, split into an upper falls of 165m and a lower falls of 21m. With a total height of 189m (620 feet) it takes the title of being the tallest waterfall in the State of Oregon!

Visiting the falls is a must do if you’re in Oregon. Multnomah falls is the most popular waterfall in the area attracting many tourists and admirers and it’s not hard to see why, it’s spectacular. Like most of the waterfalls in the area you can see Multnomah Falls from the road and once you get out of the car it’s only a few minutes walk to get there, crazy isn’t it, not having to walk hours to see beautiful waterfalls like this! The best views are from the lookout at the bottom as seen from the view point in the photo here, however make sure walk across the stone arch bridge for a closer look.
