1. Custom Made Orders

Every image in my shop is custom made to order through a professional print lab. Because each piece is created specifically for you, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. Please ensure you have measured your space and selected the correct finish before completing your purchase.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars. I reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before your order is sent to the print lab for production.

3. Colour Accuracy

I take great care to ensure the images on this website represent the final product as accurately as possible. However, because every computer monitor and phone screen displays colour differently, there may be slight variations between what you see on your screen and the physical print.

4. Shipping and Delivery

I use professional couriers to deliver your art. While I make every effort to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, I am not liable for delays caused by the courier service. A signature is required upon delivery. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide an accurate delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the package.

5. Damaged Items

In the rare event that your art arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. I will work with the print lab and the courier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement as quickly as possible.
