FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE on all orders $500 or more. A low flat rate of $35 is charged on all orders below $500 which is automatically added to your cart total before you proceed with payment.

As a general guide, original pieces will normally be dispatched within 3 to 4 working days. We aim to have your order to you within 7 business days after dispatch for standard delivery. It may take a little longer if you live in a remote area. If you require your order as soon as possible and would like express delivery, please contact us. Additional charges will apply.

If you would prefer to collect your order directly from our printer just choose the “local pickup” option. Pickups are from Gold Coast Printing & Framing, Unit 15/30 Mudgeeraba Road, Mudgeeraba, Queensland, Australia 4213

Delivery is via courier to your front door only (we don’t deliver to PO Boxes) It is your obligation to ensure delivery address details are correct. If you aren’t going to be at your delivery address please nominate an alternate address, work, neighbour, family member etc. Additional shipping fees will be charged to re-direct or re-send your order.

We take extreme care to ensure your printed product is packaged securely to avoid any damage through handling during transit and all products are thoroughly inspected before they are packed and shipped. A signature is required as acceptance of delivery and acknowledges that the artwork arrived undamaged. We suggest opening and thoroughly looking over the item before signing for it and in the rare event of a damaged item, please contact us immediately with details of the damaged product with photographic evidence and description of the damage and we will attempt to resolve the situation quickly.
