Domestic Shipping within Australia
I am pleased to offer free shipping Australia wide on all orders of $500 or more. For orders below $500, a flat rate of $35 is applied automatically at the checkout.
As each piece is custom made to order, please allow approximately 7 to 10 working days for production and dispatch. Once your order has left the studio, standard delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer. If you require your order urgently, please contact me before placing your order so I can check current production times and provide a quote for express delivery.
If you are local to the Gold Coast and would prefer to collect your order directly from the studio in Mudgeeraba, please choose the local pickup option at checkout. Once your order is ready, I will provide you with the full collection details.
Delivery is made via courier to your front door, and as such, I am unable to deliver to PO Boxes. It is important to ensure your delivery address details are correct at the time of order. If you do not expect to be home during business hours, please nominate an alternate address such as a workplace or a neighbour, as additional fees may apply to re-direct or re-send your order.
Great care is taken to ensure your art is packaged securely to avoid any damage during transit. A signature is required upon delivery to acknowledge that the artwork has arrived in good condition. I suggest opening and inspecting the item before signing for it. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photographic evidence and a description so that I can resolve the situation quickly for you.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via DHL or Australia Post with a tracking number included. For those living outside of Australia, I highly recommend selecting a print-only or a rolled canvas option. This allows the art to be shipped safely and affordably in a heavy-duty tube.
