The Surfers Paradise skyline is an iconic sight at any time of day but there is something truly special about being here as the sun goes down. If the conditions are just right the whole coast can light up in ways you don’t expect. This particular evening was easily one of the most beautiful sunsets I had seen in several years.
I stood there watching the sky transform into these incredible layers of deep pink that felt almost too bright to be real. It was one of those moments where you stop worrying about the settings and just appreciate how lucky you are to be standing there with a camera. This shot is all about that feeling of seeing the city glowing in those intense tones and I hope it brings that same energy into your space.
