Koropuku Falls
Koropuku Falls | The Catlins, New Zealand
Koropuku Falls is located in the western part of Catlins Conservation Park along the scenic Chaslands Highway. The track leading to the falls begins from the roadside and most people would never know it was there unless they were looking for it. The entrance remains somewhat hidden among the trees and provides a quiet gateway into the dense bush.
From the moment you step onto the track you are transported into another world. The path leads you through the lush green rainforest while you follow a tranquil stream and pass moss covered trees along the way. Eventually you reach an opening where this magical scene finally appears in front of you.
