The most popular place to visit while staying in Page without a doubt is Antelope Canyon, however you simply cannot leave without seeing Horseshoe Bend.

This part of the Colorado River is known as Horseshoe Bend because of the way it winds into a horseshoe shape as it carves a path through the sandy red canyon walls.

On our last night here we stopped in to see the sunset. As we sat watching the sun gradually disappear into the horizon the canyon walls glowed a beautiful orange/red in the vanishing sunlight.

Photos really do not do this place justice. If you really want to experience the grandeur of this place, you simply have to be there.
